Ohio State first-year applicants complete the Common Application personal statement. Ohio State does not list a separate required school-specific supplemental essay prompt for general first-year applicants.

Morrill Scholarship Program

Applicants who wish to be considered for the Morrill Scholarship Program should indicate their interest on the application and respond to the MSP essay prompt. Ohio State also recommends including leadership, service, and civic engagement involvement under Activities.
